What I thought:

Enchilada beans and rice is something my family enjoys. We have been wanting to stock up on food storage for awhile so we can have it for an emergency. I like these because they come in Mylar bags which is a great way to store food for long periods of time. The food is very easy to make all you need is water which is great for emergency situations or on camping trips and more. Made in the USA is always something I look for in products I buy so that is a plus! The best part is the 25 year shelf life. I cannot even believe you can store it that long but that is a great thing to have! My family plans on buying more of these and keeping so we can be prepared! The food taste pretty good.
