My Best Friend Alysha

My best friend is Alysha our parents were friends and so we grew up together and became instant friends and it has been the best friendship. Pictured above is a picture of us (me on the left, alysha on the right) when we were younger it's not the best picture but it is very special to me. It reminds me of all the great times we have had and will continue to have. 

When we were kids we always used to think that we were related we always thought we were cousins and to this day she still seems like family. We all live in Arkansas but the hardest part in our friendship was when my family moved to Montana for a few years and we didn't get to see each other as much but we would visit arkansas and we always stayed at alysha's house.

(Pictured above is alysha on the left, me on the right.) We had so many fun times. We went on vacations together and had the best time. My favorite trip we went on together was to Branson, Missouri. We went to Silver Dollar City and road all the rides together. It was so much fun and a trip I will never forget. 

When we got to be teenagers we were inseparable we did pretty much everything together and in the summer it was almost like we lived together because we were with each other so much. We had lots of sleepovers and have always loved to play games together. (Pictured above is me on the left, alysha on the right.) 

Now we are older and are both married. Alysha has 2 little girls and I have a little boy. Even though we are pretty busy with our lives now we still try to make time to see each other whenever we can. The best part about our friendship has always been that no matter how long we are separated as soon as we see each other again it's like no time has passed we just connect again instantly.  (Pictured above is alysha on the left, me on the right)

Now all i wish for is that our kids can grow up together and be great friends just like we were. I am so excited to watch them grow together.

Our kids seem to love each other already and that is amazing to me!
